Returns

Here's how returns work :

Products must be returned to Selfly Clothing, CP 8444 CHICOUTIMI SUCC RACINE, QC, G7G 3W2, Canada. Before posting the package to return it to us, you must write us an email at selflyclothing@gmail.com in the following way.

To : selflyclothing@gmail.com

Subject : NAME, ORDER NUMBER, RETURN or EXCHANGE

You need a picture of the article you want to return. 

We will refund you as soon as possible. If it's an exchange, we'll send you a gift card for the value of the return so you can place a new order. Afterwards, the standard procedure applies. This is the only possible way for returns or exchange. By purchasing on the Selfly Clothing website, the customer accepts these conditions.

All purchases made on the "Selfly Clothing" site can be returned in the event of dissatisfaction (misprinted/damaged/defective). The product must be in good condition, unworn and unwashed. It must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless there is a delivery error, the initial delivery costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The client will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
